Glenn Kennedy

Glenn Kennedy is an accomplished business executive with over forty years of manufacturing sector experience who brings pragmatic insights and solutions to meet corporate objectives.
A practical degreed business leader with a wide diversity of experience in plastic extrusion, thermoforming, injection molding, acrylic-polyester resins, ferrous iron casting, fabricating, machining, assembly, welding and powder metallurgy.
A proven record of success with in depth experience in management, cultural change management, servant and strategic leadership, with P & L accountability.
Related background of government and private sector experience focused on OEM Tier 1 markets in automotive, architecture, defense and a variety of industrial applications. Specifically, GM Powertrain, Chrysler, Honda America, GE, Bombardier, Cummins, Electro-Motive, Milwaukee Tool, Dresser Industries and more.
Positions previously held include COO, Executive VP, Director Operations, Manager Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Board Chairman of Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Science, undergraduate study Industrial Engineering/Business Administration and graduate study Operations and Business Management. Six Sigma Master Black Belt, TQMP, CCIM, VA/VE certified, Sustainability LEED Green Associate.

Rocco Petrilli

Rocco Petrilli is a seasoned C Suite executive, problem solver, risk manager and talent optimizer. He offers unique and powerful know-how to many businesses. The skill set combines a sound engineering technical background with extensive process experience at mid-executive levels of general and operations management in the automotive industry. He has successfully applied his passionate leadership style through C LEVEL and BOD interim/permanent positions in various manufacturing and non-manufacturing markets.
Petrilli has navigated a successful 30+ year career with an execution- based philosophy fueled by passion and commitment to the principles of planning, formal project management, accurate measurement and reporting and single point task accountability. In serving companies from start-up to Fortune 500, he has been part of achieving multiple team victories through creating the proper organizational architecture (right people in the right places) from a foundation made up of the key building blocks of execution. A solid and strong affinity for strategy, innovation and lessons learned based corrective action have been the background for his career.
Petrilli is a Chemical Engineering graduate of Penn State University and is certified Talent Optimization Specialist with Predictive Index. Companies from around the world have sought his talents to incorporate vital human capital strategies into strategic initiatives to drive business results.

William H. (Bill) Doherty
Strategy and Execution Alignment Specialist
Bill is an accomplished industry executive with a track record of delivering results. He has built a reputation for driving profitable growth through differentiated Commercial and Technology Programs, Continuous Improvement Processes, and Lean / Six Sigma initiatives.
In his former role as CEO of Dixie Chemical, he was responsible for leading this specialty chemicals manufacturer from its headquarters and manufacturing locations based in Pasadena, TX.
Strategic Planning, M&A, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Procurement teams are his current leadership responsibilities. Bill has also served as Senior Vice President / C – Suite Executive, Chemicals and Operational Excellence and Specialties Chemical Divisions, Axiall Corporation, a $4 billion NYSE listed company.
Mr. Doherty holds a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, Business Administration, Management and Operations, Indiana Institute of Technology, Fort Wayne, IN, Executive Program, Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, and General Electric professional development programs.

David Manke
Risk Management and Loss Control Specialist
David Manke has over thirty years’ experience in safety, insurance, loss control and claims working with fortune 50 companies and mid-market regional companies. During the past twenty years David has worked as a consultant within the insurance industry helping clients identify risk and evaluation of liability costs within organizations. He has worked within a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, assembly, foundries, machining, retail and transportation.
As a licensed insurable risk executive in property casualty, David is also specialized in the workman’s compensation sector helping companies to reduce loss claims. His advocacy is to focus on policy, employee outcome and loss control. He has represented multiple clients with OSHA investigations assisting with citation negotiations, reduction of fines and improved outcomes.
In addition to assisting with OSHA investigations, David has is accredited OSHA outreach trainer credentials for over ten years offering OSHA – 10/30 hour training certifications for construction and general industry.
Positions previously held include Director of Safety and Risk Management, Vice President, consultant and adjunct professor at University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.
Mr. Manke holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master of Science, Occupational Health. Licensed property casualty agent, certified in Safety Management, OSHA outreach trainer, professional workers compensation advisor. Board member for Wisconsin Safety Council, Association of Safety Professionals and Wisconsin Lifting Consortium.
